How do I know this isn't a SCAM?
Yeah, unfortunately their are many scams out there. Especially, during Covid-19 there has been a high number. Mor Poiz VirtualSolutions partnered with Arise. Our company can confirm that this work from home business opportunity is legitimized. Many clients and their contractors have enjoyed Arise' services over the years.
Can I work anywhere I want?
Yes. As long as you legally live in the United States and must be 18 or older. You can provide services anywhere that's acceptable. Currently, Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.
Will this cost me?
To get started as a Client Support Professional, you must complete the following as a self-investment.
The following fees are:
1. Arise Background Check Fee (9.99). Unfortunately, if you have felonies or bank frauds then you may not be eligible to provide services.
2. Certification course for the client you choose starts at $4.99-$199 (Inquire for military discounts)

What type of services will I provide as a Client Support Professional?
Their are so many client programs for which you can choose from. These services consist of sales, inbound call-taking, email support and chat support with clients. Working from home partnering with Mor Poiz, you will be able to select the client you would like to service and set your own schedule!
What is the pay and when can I start making revenue?
On average the pay ranges from 9.00-15.00 an hour depending on client. Some clients offer extra income bonuses. You're eligible to make money as soon as you pass the certification course (Some cases while you're in certification) .You are paid on a bi-weekly basis via direct deposit by your hours. Your pay amount is up to the time you decide to put in!
Do I pay taxes?
When you are an independent contractor no taxes will be deducted from your check. You will receive a 1099 in January for the previous year and you will be responsible for filing your your taxes.
Are there any benefits?
Mor Poiz Solutions unfortunately does not offer any type of health benefits.

What fees do I have to pay to service?
We have a low service percentage rate of 10% per invoice/check in addition to our partner Arise charges of 19.75.
What are the steps to get started?
1. Sign Up & Complete Application
2. Make sure you have computer that meets technical requirements.
3. Purchase USB headsets to begin certification
4. Prepare to have a landline with no digital line. (Depending on client)
5. You will receive email after choosing a client to fill out proper onboard paperwork. (W-9 form, direct deposit, Proof of ID etc.)
6. You will be invited to join Mor Poiz social media groups to stay connected!
7. Pass required certification courses and START EARNING IMMEDIATELY!
